Uno Fabbrica Borns
Three friends and a common project: that’s the basis on which, in 200, Uno Fabbrica has born. Three friends that, sharing the same passion and the same vision, think and work as if they were only one (Uno). Their goal is to create work environments that could reflected the Italian style, creativity and quality. And that’s why they called it Fabbrica.
Basing its experience in previous works in retail and furniture markets, the Company starts creating solutions for offices and shops. Already from the first months, Uno Fabbrica exports abroad Made in Italy design, realizing shops in the Canary Islands, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Romania and Russia.
Via Montenapoleone? Yeah!
When it comes to work in one of the most important fashion streets in the world, as via Montenapoleone in Milan certainly is, well, a recently founded company that provides furniture solutions for retailers can be really proud of itself. Furthermore, in this year we start many collaborations with several retailers that will be strengthened in the following years, and that will bring us to work well in Italy and abroad. At this stage we range from Spain to Russia and from Great Britain to Morocco.
The crisis strikes back!The global economic crisis hits hard also the fashion industry and retail. A lot of players of these martkets, of small, medium and even big dimensions, have to go out of business or at least to slow down their expansions. Also many partners of ours have to deal with this situation. What to do? We look around and manage to forge partnerships with many other companies..
New marketsWhile collaborations with main customers continue, Uno Fabbrica starts to work for new brands, especially of small and medium sizes, and provides them services like concept, design and construction on demand. But also new markets open up for the Company, especially in the ho.re.ca sector.
Others retail concept developedWe keep on acquiring new retail customers. And among them, there’s a true giant: Michael Kors. And also Roberta Biagi and Bottega del Sarto, for whom Uno Fabbrica provided its expertise acting like a general contractor.
New office!We also moved our headquarters. We went on the hills, in the countryside, overlooking the sea. Because working should be a pleasure.
Time for changeOne year after the headquarters, we also changed our logistics seat, moving to a bigger and more appropriate warehouse, that could fit the increased business needs.
Concept developmentFollowing up on the great work done with Bottega del Sarto and Roberta Biagi retailers, Uno Fabbrica strengthens its expertise in concept development with the Araldi project, taking care of every step, from design to rendering and final realization.
The best is yet to come..
It’s the year in which we enter in the pharmacy sector; in the meantime we continue expanding in retail, and we also furnish a lounge café and a stylish student house.
Via Montenapoleone, we’re coming back! We got envolved in a big project and we’ve been asked to develop concept stores in Singapore, Dubai, and another showroom in Via Montenapoleone.
